Senior Power Platform Engineer

Overview

We are launching a new consulting offering and are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to become one of the key contributors in building this direction.

  • work in an Azure-based environment
  • contribute to pre-sales and early-stage solution shaping

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with ownership, ambiguity, and proactive problem-solving

Required skills

  • Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English — required for client communication
  • 3+ years of commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
*Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
*Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, workflow automation)
*Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security roles)
  • Experience building integrations (REST API / HTTP / JSON)
  • Experience working with Azure-based environments
  • Strong consulting and communication skills

Would be a plus

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power BI
  • JavaScript customization (including PCF controls)
  • Experience with custom connectors or plugins
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)

Responsibilities

  • Design and build Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Power Automate)
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and business processes
  • Work with Dataverse for data modeling and business logic implementation
  • Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, external APIs, and legacy systems
  • Participate in technical discussions with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different domains
  • Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions

Being a member of the CodeIT team means

  • Career path and professional development (seniority level system, individual development plan, mentoring)
  • Continuous learning (corporate Udemy account and internal knowledge base)
  • English lessons (corporate classes and one-on-one sessions with a native speaker)
  • Legal support (comprehensive legal support from CodeIT’s legal specialists)
  • Team building (corporate activities and joyful events)
  • Paid time off & compensations (vacation, sick leave, remote work, compensation for the expenses of participation in conferences, workshops, invited experts, etc.)
