He possesses extensive expertise in developing software solutions across various industries and leading large teams of IT professionals. Oleksii empowers businesses to overcome challenges and achieve their goals by adopting innovative technologies.

Yuriy, Strategic Manager and co-founder of CodeIT, brings 17 years of expertise in R&D management, technological trend analysis, and strategic risk assessment. He is committed to delivering cutting-edge web and mobile solutions, ensuring a top-tier tech stack, and fostering the professional growth of software engineers to exceed client expectations.

In February 2022 Teimuraz became the COO of CodeIT after 3 successful years in a Head of Delivery position. During that time he established many significant processes that helped CodeIT grow as a company. He has 11+ years of experience in managing software engineering organizations with up to 200 employees and 8+ years of experience in hands-on software development in C ++ and C #.

Oleksandr, Chief Technical Officer at CodeIT since 2018, specializing in the LAMP stack and high-load architecture. His passion for innovation and technical leadership has helped propel the company’s growth, guiding tech teams and providing strategic consulting.

Iryna is responsible for driving the delivery and migration of CodeIT projects. With over 11 years of experience, she ensures end-to-end delivery to meet customer needs and maintains customer relationships within her span of control.
Iryna holds a Ph.D. in economics and is a professional Scrum master. She has extensive experience managing large teams of over 30 people and supporting CodeIT teams in planning and executing project build, release, and testing, enabling best-in-class performance. Also, she is responsible for implementing best practices in project management and continuously improving processes.

Andrii, Chief Legal Officer at CodeIT, brings extensive experience in corporate and international law. He provides legal support for international projects and contributes to the growth of Ukraine’s IT industry.

Andrew, Chief Business Development Officer at CodeIT, brings a strong technical background and extensive experience in product development. He is focused on delivering innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs with a client-first approach, understanding business goals before suggesting solutions.

Valeriy is the head of the Project Management Office (PMO) at CodeIT. He has 20+ years of experience in the IT niche, including 14+ years of team management.
Valeriy is an expert in leading teams, processes organization, and new directions development to meet and exceed operational and strategic goals. He is an out-of-the-box thinker with strong technical expertise.
As a PMO at CodeIT, Valeriy is responsible for leading project managers and managing PM office operations. He is actively sharing his knowledge. Valeriy was a trainer in several local IT schools (PM courses). He is one of the organizers of the “Pow-Wow PM Conference” in Kharkiv.

Oleksii Kosenko leads the AI Engineering Unit at CodeIT. He has 17+ years of experience in the IT industry and top-tier technical skills.
He works closely with technical and business teams to bridge the gap between research and practical implementation of artificial intelligence in digital solutions. With strong expertise in business development, software engineering, and AI, Oleksii guides senior developers, shares knowledge, and streamlines the creation of cutting-edge AI solutions.
Beyond his technical leadership, he collaborates directly with C-level executives, guiding them in leveraging AI to drive business value—enhancing process automation, optimizing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Oleksandr, Business Healthcare Director at CodeIT, brings over 10 years of experience in IT sales and business consulting. He specializes in developing strategies for the healthcare and fintech sectors. Oleksandr focuses on delivering compliant solutions and driving innovation, bringing a client-oriented approach and strong attention to detail to every project.

Maryna, Chief Business Development Manager (Europe) at CodeIT, has over nine years of experience in the IT industry. She specializes in developing digital solutions for the manufacturing industry, has a master’s in automation engineering technology, and has completed many successful projects.

Tetiana is a Delivery Manager at CodeIT with 9+ years of experience in Project Management.
Tetiana is responsible for project management as a whole: design and prioritization, task execution planning, control, communication, as well as prompt problem-solving. The main duty and responsibility are to bring the customer’s idea to implementation on time using existing resources. As part of this task, Tetiana needs to build a development plan, organize the team, set up the process of working on the project, provide feedback between the teams and the customer, eliminate obstacles for the teams, control the quality and delivery of the product on time.

Yulia has been with CodeIT since 2018 and is now a Delivery Manager. She ensures projects meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget. Previously, she worked as a product owner and business analysis lead, specializing in project documentation, wireframe creation, and process optimization.
With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Yulia has worked on large-scale projects in e-commerce, fintech, enterprise, and gaming. Her extensive background has equipped Yuliia with the skills to drive project success and innovation.
She also teaches BA courses at AdvanceIT and the School of IT Professionals “ProfIT,” and is a regular speaker at ITEA MeetUp, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise.

Serhii is Delivery Manager at CodeIT. Having more than 12 years of experience in the software development industry, Serhii is responsible for the timely delivery of solutions to our customers. Despite the focus on the end result, Serhii supervises the end-to-end relationships with clients through the whole software project lifecycle.

With over 13 years of experience in project management and software development, Oksana has a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery and post-launch optimization. 
As Delivery Manager, Oksana coordinates cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project delivery within timelines. She has experience managing large teams comprising up to 250 employees across 12 teams and two offshore offices. Moreover, Oksana is proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ensures that projects are managed efficiently and aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term business goals.

Oleksii is Backend Department Lead at CodeIT. He has 16+ years of experience working as a backend engineer and building custom solutions from scratch to meet the project requirements. His professional experience includes the following general skills: Backend Web development (PHP), DB development (MySQL), NoSQL DB development (SOLR, Sphinx, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis, Memcache), Front End Web development (JavaScript). He shares his knowledge as a speaker at local tech meetups and conferences.

Tetiana is Front End Technical Lead at CodeIT with 15+ years of experience in web programming. Her professional experience includes the following general skills: front end web development (JavaScript), DB development, internet application (ASP.NET).
As a Technical Lead, Tetiana is responsible for mentoring and leading the team to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed task, and training team members.

Andrii is Front End Technical Lead at CodeIT with 14+ years of experience in front-end web development. His expertise includes the full technology stack, from CSS3 animations and different JS frameworks, libraries to the database, mostly focused on JS coding, testing, and support.
Andrii has participated in the launch of long-term projects and created high-level web apps with well-thought architecture, clean and readable code.

Anton is Software Test Engineering Technical Lead at CodeIT with 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
As a Technical Lead, Anton is responsible for assuring that software products are created and delivered to customers with the highest possible level of quality through various software verification and validation activities. Anton has vast experience and certifications: Completion Jmeter Pro course and Taurus course from Blazemeter academy, proven expertise in PostgreSQL, Test Management for Jira, Oracle VM VirtualBox, API testing.

Yuliia is an Mobile Technical Lead at CodeIT with 8+ years of experience in software development. She has been dedicating the last 5+ years of professional experience to Mobile Development.
Yuliia’s professional expertise includes the following general skills: Android development (Java, Kotlin) and Flutter development (Dart) for iOS, Android, Desktop (macOS, Windows), and Web. Also, she has expertise in front-end and back-end development (JavaScript, ASP.NET, PHP).
As a Technical Lead, Yuliia supports and mentors the team to ensure the high quality of the product and encourages team members to use the proven top-notch technologies. Being a Flutter evangelist, she always strives to make the development process effective and products developed more competitive on the market.
