Mostly, we use Youtrack for managing our projects, tracking tasks, and maintaining project documentation. Still, we’re flexible, and if Jira/Clickup/whatever works better in this very case – no problem.

Each PM has a development plan. Some items can be covered by Udemy courses, some by individual coaching, and some by completing dedicated courses and obtaining certification.
1-2, depending on their size and stage. For example, it can be 1 average-size project and 1 small internal one.
PMs report directly to the head of the PM Unit. When it comes to a specific project, each PM reports to the corresponding Delivery Manager, who owns this project in their portfolio.
Naturally, we always strive to find the best fit for each project. Staying flexible, we use either Scrum, Kanban, or a combination of both as needed. On the other hand, smaller projects with a well-defined scope can be run in a classic mode.
