Overview

We are scaling our market reach and need a Lead Marketing Manager to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads and tangible revenue growth. You will own the entire marketing function—strategy, execution, measurement, and team leadership. Your core goal is to generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities while strengthening brand trust and uncovering customer needs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with direct access to executive leadership and freedom to experiment.

Required skills

  • 5+ years in B2B tech or IT-services marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team;
  • Excellent written & verbal English (Upper-Intermediate / C1);
  • Proven track record of scaling organic & paid channels to deliver SQLs and revenue;
  • Deep expertise in SEO and content-led growth;
  • Comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, GA4, Hubspot;
  • Strong grasp of the full demand-generation funnel and marketing automation;
  • Data-driven mindset: able to build forecasts, set KPIs, and act on insights;
  • Hands-on, “builder” attitude, comfortable switching between strategic planning and execution.

Would be a plus

  • Experience in marketing custom-software development or team-extension services.
  • Working knowledge of paid channels (Meta/Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Exposure to our core domains (FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, Machinery Manufacturing, E-learning).
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)

Responsibilities

  • Plan the roadmap – set clear annual and quarterly marketing goals that match revenue targets;
  • Generate leads via campaigns across SEO, content, ads, and social to turn prospects into SQLs;
  • Set up analytics, dashboards, and attribution to measure and optimize every campaign;
  • Lead and grow the team: hire, train, and coordinate the entire team;
  • Rank our website high on Google;
  • Increase website visitors’ Trust level;
  • Coordinate with Sales & Delivery on ICP, value proposition, messaging, target audiences, and spotlight client success stories
  • Test new ideas, experiment with fresh channels and tools to uncover new customer needs and boost credibility
