Travel Manager
Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and adaptable Travel Manager to support both personal and business travel arrangements. This role requires a high level of maturity, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, as well as a professional and approachable presence for occasional representation.
Location: Ukraine only
Required skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous experience in a travel agency or similar role is highly beneficial
- Strong background in booking and coordinating travel with a knack for troubleshooting issues with service providers
- Personable, with the ability to represent the company executive confidently and professionally
- Willingness to address occasional tasks outside regular working hours, including weekends and evenings (will be rare)
- Responsible and trustworthy with funds
- Adaptability and maturity in handling various tasks
Responsibilities
- Coordinate business and personal travel plans for the company executive
- Organize travel arrangements for employees domestically and internationally
- Book tickets, optimize travel routes, and handle any issues with service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- Oversee visa applications for the US, UK, EU, and occasionally other destinations
- Submit travel reports to the finance department
- Handle and manage travel funds responsibly
- Provide support on personal errands as needed (ordering, buying, coordinating deliveries, etc.)
