Business domains (industries) focus, but are not limited to Machinery Manufacturing, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Fintech, and E-learning.
Tech domains: ERP, CRM, SaaS, Complex solutions.
Technological innovation: Generative AI (AI) and predictive maintenance and analysis (ML).
Operational excellence: CTO and PMO = Chief Technology Office and Project Management Office (both function in the company, not role).

Required skills

  • Proven experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing sales with a strong track record (5+ years).
  • Familiarity with small and medium-sized businesses and their IT needs, especially in the US and European markets.
  • Excellent understanding of IT services, including SDLC, team extension, and managed services.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trust and deliver value-driven proposals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (Advanced or higher); additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: From initial prospecting to contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Identify and target potential clients: Focus on small and medium-sized businesses in the US and Europe.
  • Understand client needs: Analyze business challenges and offer tailored outsourcing or outstaffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with technical, recruitment, and delivery teams to craft and present solutions that align with client goals.
  • Foster strong relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring opportunities for account growth.
  • Analyze market trends: Stay updated on industry developments, competition, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events: Participate in conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
