Sales Manager
Overview
CodeIT is a software development company is looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Required skills
- 2+ years experience in IT Sales services;
- Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing companies and sales
- Understanding of IT industry, software development processes;
- Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry;
- At least upper-intermediate both speaking and written English;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality;
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
- Ability to travel, as needed.
Would be a plus
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP);
- Higher education in information technology or related fields
- Experience with Upwork
- Experience with AI tools (Chat GPT/diagrams creators etc..)
- Experience in conferences/events participation
Responsibilities
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
- Meeting planned sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
- Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting;
- Engage prospective customers via all channels;
- Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts;
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects;
- Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients;
- Properly document all activity via company CRM tool;
- Closely cooperate with the marketing team.
