Middle Project Manager

CodeIT is a service product development company. We know how to transform business ideas into profitable IT products. We are inviting an experienced and passionate Middle Project Manager to join our team.

Required skills

• More than 4 years of relevant experience in an IT outsourcing company
• Understanding of Traditional (PMI, Waterfall, etc.) and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) frameworks
• Experience in YouTrack/Jira and/or other collaboration tools (Notion, Confluence, or similar)
• Full working proficiency in English (both speaking and writing skills)
• Agile mindset, open minded, fast-learner
• Communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Basic technical background, tech trends awareness

Would be a plus

• Certification (KMP / Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / PSM / PMI ACP / other)
• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from project Initiation to Closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits
• Take part in the Engagement process (project estimation, creating proposals, negotiations with the client)
• Manage client expectations related to a project, monitor and increase client satisfaction, and facilitate client communications
• Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, and ensure timely invoicing
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and portfolio teams
• Contribute to the company’s PMO — develop templates, improve processes, establish best practices
