We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take our outbound sales efforts to the next level. With well-established processes and a strong lead flow, our focus now is on optimizing the quality of our outreach – crafting compelling emails and LinkedIn messages that convert.

  • Upper intermediate English skills required for effective communication
  • Experience in B2B outbound process around 2 years
  • Knowledge of email and LinkedIn outreach tools
  • Previous experience as SDR or sales manager in IT or related IT sphere
  • Understanding outsourcing and outstaffing challenges
  • Learn and adapt fast to relevant industries and business needs

  • Write effective outbound templates
  • Constantly optimize outreach scripts (A/B tests)
