  • Upper intermediate English skills required for effective communication
  • Experience in B2B outbound process for at least 1year
  • Knowledge of email outreach tools
  • Previous experience as SDR or sales manager
  • Understanding outsourcing and outstaffing challenges
  • Learn and adapt fast to relevant industries and business needs

  • Write appealing outbound templates
  • Constantly optimize sales scripts (A/B tests) 
  • Bring ideas and test new hypotheses
  • Work with a provided list of prospects
  • Run cold email campaigns
  • Schedule calls with prospects
  • Build relations with prospects
  • Keep track of your results
  • Manage CRM and your contacts
