     We are looking for a strong Sales (BDM manager) for the full -time job, ambitious self organized professional, a leader able to efficiently represent the interests of the company in the USA (Ideal candidate will reside on the East Coast)

required skills

  • 7+ years experience in business niches like Healthcare, Fintech or Machinery Manufacturing
  • Mastering communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt fast to changes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality
  • Hands-on experience in developing client-oriented, objective-driven, and achievable solutions
  • Ability to travel, as needed
  • There is no objection you can’t beat
  • You should be based in the USA

  • Outside sales experience in the Central and Eastern States
  • Previous experience in Telecom or Mining industries
  • Understanding of the software development industry,  processes (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and close deals!
  • Achieve annual company and personal sales objectives
  • Proactive prospecting and database expansion
  • Keep track of your activity in CRM
  • Create new revenue streams and expand existing ones
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and other departments to operate efficiently
  • Attend conferences, business meetings and other f2f events to increase CodeIT visibility and promote partnerships with other businesses
  • Build a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts 2-4 quarters ahead
  • Invest time in strengthening existing client relations and new strategic clients
  • Regular reporting and analysis.
