  • 1+ years experience in IT Sales services
  • Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry
  • Fluent both speaking and written English
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Ability to travel, as needed

  • Understanding of IT industry, software development processes
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP)
  • Higher education in information technology or related fields

responsibilities

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Meeting planned sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting
  • Engage prospective customers via all channels
  • Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospect
  • Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
  • Closely cooperate with the marketing team
