We are inviting to join Sales Manager to our sales team and work on a permanent basis in our Kharkiv office.


required skills

  • 2+ years experience in IT Sales services;
  • Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry;
  • Fluent both speaking and written English;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality;
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
  • Ability to travel, as needed


would be a plus

  • Understanding of IT industry, software development processes;
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP);
  • Higher education in information technology or related fields.


responsibilities

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
  • Meeting planned sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
  • Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting;
  • Engage prospective customers via all channels;
  • Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts;
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects;
  • Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients;
  • Properly document all activity via company CRM tool;
  • Closely cooperate with the marketing team.
