We are inviting to join Sales Manager to our sales team and work on a permanent basis in our Kharkiv office.


required skills

  • 1+ years experience in IT Sales services;
  • Previous experience with Upwork platform;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry;
  • Fluent both speaking and written English


would be a plus

  • Understanding of IT industry, software development processes;
  • General understanding of Business Analysis;
  • Higher education in information technology or related fields


responsibilities

  • Daily Upwork bidding;
  • Managing and following Upwork ICP;
  • Managing Upwork portfolio and accounts;
  • Properly document all activity via CRM tool;
  • Closely cooperate with the sales & marketing team
