Join a mature Biz dev department with 15 professionals. We closed 5 deals from leadgen in the last 9 months. Our process and quantity are good, we need just to improve and polish LinkedIn outreach. Your responsibility would be to define customers’ needs and target them with our unique and catchy offers. All tools are available and we are ready to invest more if necessary. No bureaucracy, only results. Work when you want, anywhere you want. Feel free to mix experiments with a reliable approach. Play around with different variables and A/B tests. You will have experienced colleagues to validate your ideas with.

required skills

  • Upper intermediate English skills required for effective communication
  • Experience in B2B outbound process around 2 years
  • Knowledge of cold outreach tools
  • Previous experience as SDR or sales manager in IT or related IT sphere
  • Understanding outsourcing and outstaffing challenges
  • Learn and adapt fast to relevant industries and business needs
