SaaS Integration Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated SaaS Integration specialist who will play a crucial role in executing, overseeing, and coordinating our external platform projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues with SaaS platforms, optimizing workflows, developing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and are completed according to requirements.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in managing external SaaS platforms
- Demonstrate 1+ years of project management experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- English — Upper-Intermediate level and higher
- Display exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Be available to work predominantly during EST business hours (from 17:00 to 21:00 or later)
responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS platforms, their functionality, configurations, and interconnections. Such as: Shopify, Recharge, Gorgias, Shipstation, GSuite, Intercom, Avoxi, Zendesk, Quiq
- Assist in managing user access, permissions, and SaaS platform configurations
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to SaaS platforms, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with vendor support to report and resolve technical problems, ensuring prompt updates
- Continuously monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal availability and reliability
- Work closely with the Head of External Platforms to plan, coordinate, and oversee platform projects from initiation to conclusion
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify potential risks, propose solutions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee platform functionality aligns with project requirements
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new software applications to fulfill business needs
- Stay updated on industry best practices and SaaS administration trends
