required skills
- Good experience in PHP (5+ years)
- Good experience Symfony Laravel (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Good knowledge of CSS, HTML
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with NoSQL
- Good understanding of MVC and SOLID principles
- The microservice architecture app development experience
- Experience in designing and implementing web services with a REST and Web API architecture
- Experience with NGINX web server
- Familiarity with test driven development
- Ability to work with technical documentation/specifications for the project
- English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher
would be a plus
- Experience in Node.js (1+ years)
- Experience in Soket-service (Node.js)
- Experience with AWS
- Knowledge Swagger / OpenAPI
- Knowledge of JS frontend frameworks
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring
responsibilities
- Manage a small but growing team

- Resolve and mitigate team conflict
- Creating an individual development plan for php developers
- Review code for acceptance criteria, robustness, style, and maintainability
- Developing new features and supporting the current application
- Bugfixing different project modules
- Participation in pre-sales of new projects and creation of initial architecture and tech docs
- Architecture new modules, providing system suggestions to a customer
- Communication with a client (meetings and writing group chat discussions)
- Providing time estimates for tasks and projects
- Creating and supporting technical documentation
- Communication with Stakeholders (QA; marketing team; design team; etc.)
