required skills

  • 2+ years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, A/B testing, and email automation in complex B2B sales (service companies preferable)
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Email marketing skills (clearly understand different types of email campaigns and types of emails, able to create emails follow up for different types of campaigns)
  • Good written communication and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of Google Docs/ Microsoft Excel, skills of working with large data sets
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one email marketing and/or sales outreach platform (e.g. reply.io, Sendinblue, Active Campaign or others)
  • Knowledge of email marketing metrics
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Google Analytics) and CRM
  • Good analytical skills, strong attention to details, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skill

  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • Experience in sales and marketing automation, data integration
  • Technical background


  • Manage and build lead nurturing strategies via email
  • Create various email lists and campaigns
  • Create and design various CTAs and email templates
  • Lead research, segmentation, and scoring
  • Participation in analytics establishment to understand how our email outreach activity turns into client
  • Work with internal teams to produce different types of emails
  • Optimize email marketing performance
  • Drive content personalization strategy (each email must be relevant to our audience as possible)
  • Design email nurture flows that meet complex business needs
  • Email marketing automation to drive lead conversions (automated email sequences)
