We are inviting Lead Generation Manager to join our sales team and work on a permanent basis in our Kharkiv office.

required skills

  • IT lead generation experience (more than one year);
  • English (intermediate and higher);
  • Experience working with Excel and Google Docs;
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Xing, Crunchbase, Angellist;
  • Experience working with the CRM systems;
  • Good analytical skills, strong attention to details, problem-solving, and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Understanding of the sales, marketing processes

  • Technical background;
  • Experience working with outreach automation tools as GrowthLead, Snov.io, Reply.io, etc

responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities through Linkedin, emails, etc, by creating and maintaining outreach campaigns;
  • Update and maintain company CRM, manage leads and track activities and communication;
  • Research the pools of potential clients, figure out details to confirm relevancy, define the key contacts, generate interest and develop relationships;
  • Communicate with potential clients, work with company portfolio;
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop new ways of generating leads, cold contacting channels and nurturing strategies;
  • Keep highly detailed records and reporting of activity, meet or exceed monthly targets
