Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee employment, benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on all HR-related topics.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations in our Bulgaria Office will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

  • 1+ years of a proven successful track record as an HR Manager;
  • Good understanding of general and local HR market practices;
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws;
  • Excellent communication and people management skills;
  • Aptitude in problem-solving;
  • Mature personality and a good team player with excellent communication, organization skills and a results driven approach;
  • Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented with high analytical skills and attention to details;
  • English Upper-Intermediate  both written and spoken;
  • Good command of MS Office and GSuite, knowledge of any HRIS is desired

responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, payroll transactions (salaries, social insurance, allowances, taxes, and other deductions);

  • Administer & oversee benefits packages (insurance policies, wellness programs & other additional benefits);

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;

  • Partner and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;

  • Undertake tasks around performance and compensation management;

  • Develop People Analytics, gather and analyze data with the set HR metrics;

  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;

  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;

  • Ensure compliance with CodeIT policies and organizational procedures, as well as with the local laws and labor regulations;

  • Develop the Employer Brand on the market
