required skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources management, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions. Understanding and experience in the IT industry will be a great advantage.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's business strategy.
  • Proven experience in personnel management and organizational culture development.
  • Experience in addressing issues related to staff turnover and corporate culture.
  • Ability to work with metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Experience in implementing performance evaluation and talent management systems.
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Professional education in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD certifications, or similar) will be an advantage.
  • A high level of moral and ethical qualities is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish effective interaction at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan.
  • Leadership qualities and experience in team management.
  • Innovative approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.


  • Develop and implement HR management strategic initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to achieve high efficiency.
  • Define and track HR department KPIs to assess effectiveness.
  • Foster and maintain the organization's culture, embodying its values and mission.
  • Manage talent and develop staff.
  • Optimize performance evaluation and efficiency management systems for personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and update internal personnel policies and procedures.
  • Implement and leverage technologies for the automation of HR processes and improved personnel management.
  • Collaborate with top management and key stakeholders to ensure the integrity of all HR initiatives and processes.
  • Develop and implement programs to reduce staff turnover, especially in the first year of employment, including improving the selection process and probationary management focusing on soft skills and performance.
  • Strengthen the corporate culture and company values at all levels, with special attention to mid- and senior-level specialists.
  • Optimize the orientation and adaptation program to accelerate employee integration into the team and company environment.
  • Develop engagement strategies for remote workers to strengthen their connection to the company and its goals.
  • Optimize and standardize a system for assessing the qualifications and performance of employees at the hiring stage and promotions.
