required skills

  • Proven 3+ years of sales experience on foreign enterprise-level markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in an IT company is preferable.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. 
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent speaker and strong communicator with excellent written, presentation and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, excellent judgment and ability to work in a fast-changing and evolving environment.
  • Excellent English skills
  • Ability to travel, as needed


  • The organization, planning, and coordination of the Sales department;
  • Department management;
  • Setting sales goals (both on quantity and quality) and taking responsibility for their achievement;
  • Consistent supervision & optimization of the business’s commercial performance
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of managers, preparation of proposals to improve the quality of work;
  • Expansion and increase the numbers of sales channels 
  • Work with personnel: training, professional development, conducting masterclasses
  • Development and implementation of tools aimed at increasing the involvement and effectiveness of the team;
  • Hiring, Training and developing new employees;
  • Reporting on the results of the department to the director.
